Will I really leave with teeth the same day as surgery?
Yes. On the day of your All-On-4 surgery, Dr. Hogan removes any failing teeth, places four implants at precisely planned angles, and attaches a full temporary set of teeth the same day. After 3 to 6 months of healing, the temporaries are replaced with your final restoration.
What if I was told I don’t have enough bone for implants?
Many of our patients heard exactly that before coming to us. All-On-4 places implants at angles that maximize contact with the bone you have, and where more foundation is needed, bone grafting and sinus lift procedures can rebuild it. A specialist evaluation frequently reveals options that a general exam misses.
How long do full-arch dental implants last?
With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. Your implant-supported teeth are maintained much like natural teeth — daily hygiene at home and regular checkups with our team.
